Columbus vs. Victoria West

The Lady Cards faced the Victoria West Lady Warriors on September 16th.  They were coming off a great win against La Grange and were looking to keep their momentum rolling.  The scores were close, but the Lady Cards were in total control the whole match.  They won in straight sets 25-22, 25-19 and 25-23.  It was an overall team effort that got them the win.  This was the Lady Cards last match before district play started.  They went an impressive 24-8 over that span.

The Lady Cards are looking primed to make a deep playoff run again this year under Johns.  First game of district play is against Bellville in Columbus on September 20.  It also happens to be Favorite Teacher Night.
